Boccara Edition
Original creations
Didier Marien, who has been working for years with famous American and French artists, is pleased to present the Boccara collection of artistic rugs.
In 2019, the Boccara Gallery started a collaboration with a selected group of artists representing this movement. The inspiration for this collection is abstract art.
To explain this project, Didier Marien said: "The artist does not only create the design, but at every stage of the creation, he keeps control of the project".

Design
Design
Boccara Gallery initiated a long-standing collaboration with Jean Yves Lanvin, the great grandson of Jeanne Lanvin, the illustrious founder of the Lanvin Haute Couture House in 1880. Jean Yves Lanvin's upbringing immersed him in the realms of fashion and the arts, where he discovered the rich universe of Paul Iribe and admired the works of Armand Albert Rateau and Jean Dunand, created for the Lanvin houses and Lanvin Decoration. This early exposure to an environment of elegance and luxury left a lasting imprint on him. Building on his experiences collaborating with renowned design houses and art workshops such as Maison Charles and Pouenat, he has now embarked on creating his own unique pieces, allowing his imagination to take the lead.
